One of our most popular costume ensembles! The costume includes the skirt, blouse, laceup vest with a sparkle front, and the little red cape with the sparkle trim on the hood. The 24" skirt is for the more conservative. Basic petticoat sold separately. (This photo was taken with the 21" skirt and petticoat.)
