Some Feedback from BIG Costumes Customers

I just recieved the costumes yesterday and I love them. It has taken me many years to find a place as yours that makes costumes for the portly people in life. It is Great Thanks you very much. I noticed that you make mrs claus do you have any plan on making Santa? I am in the process of making a Childerns Cancer foundation that goes out on the holidays and visits and gives out girts to a childern in the cancer wards. This will be my first halloween doing this and I very happy I got real costumes instead of the homemade one I usually wear. I wanted to send you a note and let you know I got the petticoats. I am delighted! I must have spent an hour swishing around in them and trying them on with various dresses and skirts. Compared to other costume stores I've dealt with on the web shopping with you was the most pleasant experience. When we were getting my husband's Rennaisance costume together it just seemed that none of the stores really cared whether they had our business or not. We also encountered one or two diffculties with the garments and it was like pulling teeth to get anything done about them. The quality of my gown, the skill with which it was obviously made and the polite, friendly and helpful assistance I received from your business impressed me beyond words...!

To Everyone Who Made My Beautiful Costume;
I just wanted you to know how absolutely wonderful I felt, and looked, in the costume you made for me. I wasn't really prepared for the quality and care that had obviously been taken on its creation. The fabrics were so much better than I anticipated, the workmanship was outstanding and the whole thing fit like a charm. I got so many wonderful compliments at the theatre costume party, and we're a group that knows our costumes, believe me! Thanks so much for making this lovely outfit - it was worth every penny. Dear Sir or Madam; Yesterday I received my red sophisticated witch costume in the mail. I mean no offense but the pictures don't do your work justice. The gown was more beautiful than it appeared on the website! I also received a wonderful surprise. I am visually impaired and have only limited vision in one eye. I see just enough to take care of myself, read, watch television and play on my computer. The reason I mention this is because when I opened the package you sent me I was amazed to see that the black "lace" was spider web design! I was truly stunned. I couldn't tell from even the largest picture of the gown (on your website) that the lace was a spider web pattern. The gown is pure gothic elegance! Also, the workmanship of the gown is breath taking and it fits like a dream. Your advice on sizing was perfect! You have my utter admiration and gratitude. I thought perhaps you might like to know how the gown will be used. My husband volunteers at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival each year. Subsequently he gets about a dozen free tickets for his charity work... tickets which my mother and myself and my sisters and nieces use for one day's entertainment and revelry at the fair. It's become a much anticipated yearly tradition for our family. This year I will go dressed in the gown you made me. I know for a fact that my gown will be unique and will stand out in the crowd. Honestly, you don't know how happy you've made me. I can't wait for the renaissance fair this year! I will also be wearing the gown for our annual "Haunted House Party" that we throw every year. We spend the last week of September and the first two weekends of October to put up a haunted yard display complete with gothic graveyard and half a dozen dummies... along with cats, bats, owls, etc. Anyway, this year I am going to use the gown to dress as a vampire. If you like I will send you photographs of me dressed up in the costume. Perhaps you could start a page on your website with photographs of your satisfied and gratified customers in their costumes! In closing I just want to say thank you so much. You really can't imagine how happy you've made me. I have multiple sclerosis and epilepsy, not to mention my visual impairment and am confined most of my time to my home. I have few things that I really look forward to... that being the Kansas City Renaissance Festival and our annual Halloween party. The beautiful gown you made for me has made certain that this years fall festivities will be one of the best!
